Dr. Lisa Romeo is a board-certified family medicine physician and certified aesthetics physician who believes in whole-person health for life optimization. She strives to help people discover their natural beauty by listening and developing a plan that focuses on rejuvenation and balance.
After spending her childhood years in Idaho, family moves brought her to Southern California and Florida to attend four high schools in four years. She graduated from St. Louis University magna cum laude and the Medical College of Wisconsin before training at the largest family practice residency program in the United States, John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. She served as house staff vice president during her second year of residency, house staff president during her third year of residency, and then worked as a faculty member for the family medicine residency Program. The desire to be near family brought her back west where she has worked in both solo and group settings.
Around 2012, Dr. Lisa’s brother, Dr. Sam Romeo, began urging her to join him in an aesthetic medicine practice. Initially thinking this might require her to give up the intimacy and connection she valued with her family medicine patients, she soon discovered she could continue connecting with patients using a different medical tool. She now enjoys both connecting with patients and the artistry that aesthetic medicine provides to help patients become the best version of themselves.
Dr. Lisa’s Core Values of Harmony, Mastery, and Responsibility guide her daily. She takes each patient visit as an opportunity to connect with a person who trusts her to deliver incredible results that appear natural and healthy. Her overarching goal is to help bring out the underlying beauty in each patient she sees to help them optimize their mental health and happiness.
